Christmas Club - Terms & Conditions

1.    LSJ Online Sales Limited trading as Premium Trampolines (hereinafter “the Company”, “our”, “we”, “us”) are pleased to offer to our customers the benefit of a Christmas Club for the purchase of our products.  The purchase of the products by the customer are governed by our Terms of Sale and are subject to the policies, terms and conditions contained on this website.

2.    If you wish to avail of our Christmas Club offering, then please contact hello@premiumtrampolines.com.  We will agree with you the number of payments and frequency of payments to facilitate the purchase of your product prior to Christmas with sufficient time to ensure delivery of the product in advance of the Christmas period.  Once such agreement has been reached, and recorded in writing, the agreement will be binding upon you. 

3.    Full payment of the price of the product and delivery charges is required prior to dispatch of your order. The Company shall not be obliged to dispatch, supply or deliver the products to you until such time as payment has been received in full and the Company shall retain full title to the goods until such time as payment has been received in full.

4.    In the event that you wish to cancel your order, the Company will refund to you any amount paid by way of Christmas Club contributions in full as soon as possible following receipt of the cancellation from you.  In that event, the Company will have no obligation to deliver or supply the product to you.

5.    In the event that you miss a payment, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid by you to you in full. 

6.    Any payments pursuant to the Christmas Club arrangement will be processed by way of equal weekly or monthly direct debit payments from your designated credit card or debit card via a stripe subscription payment.  The Company does not propose to charge any administration fees or interest in respect thereof.
